We operate a managed security program with defined policies, responsibilities, and oversight. Our controls are aligned to recognized security frameworks and can be mapped to customer or regulatory requirements as applicable.
We use a formal data classification model that defines where information may be processed and which safeguards apply. Higher sensitivity levels are subject to stricter handling rules, including restrictions on where processing occurs. Data retention is governed by contract and applicable law (including GDPR), and secure deletion can be supported when required.
Access is centrally managed with strong authentication and role-based authorization. We apply least privilege and need-to-know principles, and we restrict privileged access through additional controls and time-limited administrative permissions.
